Faulty or Damaged Items

If any of the items in your order are faulty or damaged, then please fill in our contact us form here within 30 days of your order being delivered, and our customer services team will assist further to provide a returns label where necessary. 

Unwanted Items 

We do not currently offer free of charge returns for unwanted items but can supply a return postage label for use within the UK mainland for £6 which can be ordered by clicking here.

Returning from overseas? Unfortunately we cannot offer a free returns label and cannot refund the price of your return. If your item is faulty please get in touch with us so we can assist you further.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for some items unless they are faulty. Please visit our returns policy for a full detail of which items this applies to.
