Mocktail Recipes

Try these tasty mocktails recipes this summer, perfect for midweek refreshing drinks in the garden or weekend picnics.

Ingredients:
Simple Syrup, 100ml of water and 100g of granulated sugar

125g frozen strawberries,
A hand full of fresh strawberries, with tops cut off
1 tbsp simple syrup
100ml soda water
1/2 a lime juiced

Method:

Make your simple syrup. Add equal amount of sugar and water in a saucepan bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. Once the sugar is fully disolved let it simmer for a further 5 minutes and let the syrup cool completely before using. (You can keep this bottled up and stored in your fridge for a up to a month).

Add your frozen and fresh strawberries, syrup, lime juice and soda water to a blender and mix. If the consistency is too thick, feel free to add a splash of water.

Tip into glasses and top with fresh mint and strawberries.
